"First time staying at this Omni over the weekend and it will be our go-to for future trips to Austin. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and welcoming. We chose to eat at Capital A before heading out to a show at the Paramount/Stateside. Food, drinks, and service were awesome. Less than 5 minute walk to the theater. Also want to give a shoutout to our valet David Galindo. We checked out early along with a few others folks and he was hustling to make sure we all got our cars in a timely manner. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel and their people. Great stay."
"Great hotel. Staff were amazing. I won't forget David, from Valet, who made my quest of finding late food one night incredibly fun and who made sure to check all went well thereafter! Almost removed a star to the rating because the pool and gym are out of service, but I appreciated the fact that they had an interim agreement with a nearby local gym. I'd stay here again for sure if my travels took me back to Austin. Especially if David is still there! :-)"
"The hotel location was great and staff were very helpful. David my valet was awesome. He took the time to help me with getting set up for EV charging. He was excellent at taking care of my parking/charging needs. Thank you David."
"I came in for just some peace and quiet for my birthday. I loved my room on the club level. I had a dessert plate and champagne waiting for me, which made my day. David in valet made my evening. He had excellent customer service and turned what could have been an unfortunate experience by simply extending a courtesy that wasn't expected. If your employees are like David that tend to the customer, then Omni is alright with me."
"We had an excellent stay here for our weekend getaway in Austin. The hotel has a beautiful lobby shared with an office building. The elevator ride up to our room was stunning. The shampoo, lotion, and body wash was "Nest" branded. Very nice. The pool area and locker rooms weren't much to be desired but they're okay at best, especially for a hotel in the center of Downtown Austin."
