"The receptionist seems incredibly unprofessional. During the entire conversation, he seemed to be doing other things and it was very difficult to get his individual attention. She advised me to go over the income limit to continue the consultation, which I understood and agreed to until she asked me to wait to speak with the attorney to see if they could proceed with the case. She came back after 5-10 minutes warning that we could still continue with the consultation, I made sure to ask multiple times if my income would be a reason for denial. She said it wouldn't be like that. I paid the $41.75. Once the consultation was done the next day, the attorney said that it would be perfect to continue, but I was denied due to my income which has already been discussed and both she and her assistant were aware. I asked for my money back as the reason for the denial had already been discussed. They both refused, which I find incredibly fraudulent. They said they were there to help and that they had caused nothing but stress. I would suggest going somewhere else The receptionist seems incredibly unprofessional.
