"Went here for Australian passport photos, but there was some confusion and I ended up getting fingerprints done instead. It turns out they don't do Australian passports anymore, but we didn't realize there had been a miscommunication until after I'd already been fingerprinted and paid. They were so nice about it though and refunded me immediately without me even asking and told me where I could go for the photos. The fingerprinting experience was great too, very professional and great customer service! I'll definitely be back for my US passport."
"UPD: changed the rating from 1 to 5 stars. They made me a refund, although that was not the purpose of my review. I’m not sure if last time back in May I was charged less for 4 photos, but I got 4 for half the price I paid in August. I’m glad the owners reacted to my review and resolved the issue. As mentioned before, the service was good. The service is what it’s supposed to be. I’m giving one star for the price. The time difference between my two visits is 3 months. Same service - 4 passport/visa photos. Price increase is 100%. I didn’t check the price before my second visit expecting something similar to price I paid last time. They charged $43 for 10 min of work. That’s $258/h. Not a bad hourly rate, right? I had to pay due to urgency, but I won’t use their services again."
