"Went to this Billiard Factory 2 weeks ago for tip replacement on my break and playing cue. Jesse is the new sales manager who is super professional, polite and knowledgeable. I wanted my tip to be replaced within 24 hours and he completed the job within 2 hours. His work is extremely professional and compared to any one else in Houston, the price of repair and tip was reasonable. Kudos to Jesse and his team!"
"STAY AWAY FROM SALESMAN STEVE FERRIS. HE SOLD US DEFECTIVE STUFF, AND WHEN WE FOUND OUT AND COMPLAINED HE SAID THE EMPLOYEE HAS LEFT. LATER WE FOUND OUT THAT HE WAS LYING AND THE EMPLOYEE WAS STILL WORKING. DO NOT BUY POOL TABLES FROM HERE. THEY SELL CHEAP LOW QUALITY STUFF FOR A PRICE OF PREMIUM POOL TABLES."
"Took my shaft in for a tip repair. When I took it in, there was a week turn around. When I dropped it off, it had the clear kamui spacer on the shaft. When I picked it up, there was no spacer. When I said something the guy said “I don’t know I don’t do tips.” The epitome of the “not my job mentality.” I took the shaft and paid for it because I knew it would be another week before it would be done correctly as I saw no point at arguing with the dude. Would not recommend for cue repair."
"This store is not trustworthy, they give you a date for delivery and don't follow through. When ask for money back the response I got only your sale rep can help you. The lady that is at the front desk doesn't have customers service skills. Wouldn't recommend this place."
"Went looking for dart boards.....total mish mash of boxes and very disorganized...how about hang them on the wall, put up prices and actually try and sell one.....noyhingvworse than trying to buy out of a box....took my money that i wanted to spend and left.......recommend you take a look at how your setting up this display in yoyr stores"
