"HORRIBLE... After somebody highly recommended them, I gave them a call over 10 days ago... as of today, they've NEVER returned my calls after I sent them pictures of a sofa to be reupholstered. I've seen the other reviews saying how arrogant they are etcetera... If you're busy say you're busy, if you can't do it say you can't do it, but to not even respond...NEVER ACCEPTABLE! Customer service isn't just about staple guns and fabric and glue and all that... It involves how you treat the people that you're counting on to feed your family and pay your bills... I don't care how you toss it up.... Services how you treat people!!"
