"We visited a few furniture stores before looking at AFW. We've driven by it a few times and wondered what kind of stuff they sold. Most of it is the same as others but the pricing was lower. We found a powered recliner with head adjustments. My first power chair and so far I like it a lot. Didn't take long to find out if it was in stock and set up a delivery. The chair showed up in the window we were quoted, love that. I hate it when deliveries/repairs/techies don't show when expected. We'll definitely shop them again. We liked the chair we bought here so much that we came back and bought another even better chair for my wife. This one even vibrates. They have really good prices. We saw a cabinet we liked and bought that too. They have a delivery charge for the chair which was very reasonable and they delivered the cabinet for no extra charge. They setup a window for the delivery and they met that goal. We will be back."

"Today we went to American Warehouse in Katy location to buy some furnitures for our new home. We met a Sales Associate his name is JT ( Jimmy Tran) He is Vietnamese. He was friendly , knowledgeable and helpful . He showed us some few sectionals, beds , mattresses and dressers . He helps us compare prices and which is comfortable. Overall he did a great job helping us choose our furnitures. It was a quick process. I will definitely come again as a return customer since I’m very happy with the service here with Jimmy Tran service. Thank you"

"Buyer beware. The quality of the furniture is horrible. Don’t buy the warranty either. It covers nothing. I bought my furniture fans after a year it is falling apart. I went to the store and told me the warranty didn’t cover it. I emailed customer service, and they said they would be willing to fix the furniture for a fee. I have no pets or children to damage the furniture. One of the recliners stopped working. Look at the attached images. Stay away from this store. There’s a reason there prices are so low"

Did I find a very unique item of furniture that can be used like a mini table.. I like the fact that I could find item's That I did not find in the larger franchise stores. And I like the uniqueness of the items that they did have. This store is worth visiting. I received great customer service as well."
