"This was a airlines provided hotel. Room was decent. Hotel only has Denny's within walking distance. Upon arrival there was about 50 guys just hanging out in the lobby like there was just some men's gathering. They took over the lobby and we're very noisy."

"I stayed here with an airline voucher. The room was good. Bed was really comfortable with nice pillows. Breakfast is typical. Only negative was their airport shuttle was overcrowded both from and to the airport. People had to be left to wait for the next round. They need to organize their shuttle situation better."

"PROS They allowed us a complimentary free check-in, and were pleasant at the front desk. The lobby was lovely, and the room was very CLEAN. Lobby, hallways, and room all smelled clean. We did have a small stain on the foot of the fitted sheet, and it was promptly replaced and bed remade when we stepped out of the room for lunch. The parking lot felt safe, and the location is very close to DFW airport. CONS The walls are very thin. I don’t stay in hotels frequently, but this is the loudest one I’ve ever been in (above us and beside us, we could hear all neighbors). Additionally, the bed was oddly short? We got a king sized bed, which should be 80” long. I noticed my feet hanging off the edge as I slept, so in the morning I asked my boyfriend to lay down so I could take a photo and compare it to our bed at home. Our bed at home has a solid extra 3-4” of length (it is a queen), and my 6’4” boyfriend’s feet nearly hung off of our hotel bed when his head was against the headboard (photo attached)- which I thought was strange since kings and queens are the same length. This was not a major issue, but it was very strange. The bed was generally comfortable, but the pillows were not. We could also hear a lot of parking lot noise. Finally, there was no option to keep the AC on “constant” like other rooms I’ve stayed in, and it would get too hot to leave it on “fan” mode. I didn’t sleep well due to the insanely loud AC kicking on and off all night, so that’s probably my biggest complaint. Overall, I’d stay here again."

"Great hotel overnight. My room was large, clean, and inviting. It had a mini fridge and a full microwave that was very appreciated. My first stay here mid November 2023 and hopefully not the last. I got a good night's of sleep before my annual fa cq (continued qualification)"

"For the type of hotel this is, it's really quite nice. I got booked here by American Airlines due to a missed connection. It appears to be recently renovated and is very clean. Check in was quick and signing up for the complementary shuttle was easy. They surprisingly had a bar and sold actual meals for dinner (places like this usually just have a snack bar and soft drinks). Breakfast was meh, but free continental breakfasts usually are. All in all a very good experience for a hotel of this caliber."
