"Shanna assisted us with our P5 purchase. They have their consultation experience down to an art. We were able to narrow our needs down and determine which bed was right for us. I’ll tell you that the store has a way of making the beds quieter.. in your home it’s louder. It just is. The bed arrived on time and delivery team did a nice job. I thought we would have received a follow up call from our salesperson after a purchase of this size. We did not. So far we like the bed fine. Not sure we are seeing the juice for the squeeze yet. All accessories are quite expensive. We were told that remote control for the bed was on back order and we would be contacted once they became available.. over here still waiting on that call.. most people don’t spend 10K on a bed- when they do- please act appreciative."

"Although I'm not one to write reviews, I feel like I need to share my experience. I was in search of a new and improved pillow and was excited to find a good deal over Labor Day. Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied with the pillow and decided to exchange it for something better. I then purchased a second (different) pillow, but it also didn't work out, so I decided to return it. When I walked into the store, the lady who assisted me before immediately recognized me and told me that they couldn't take care of me because I had already done an exchange. I wish I had known the return policy beforehand, as it would have been more helpful. The lady didn't even greet me, and she had to talk to me across the room - which was awkward, by the way. I was quite disappointed with the experience, and I would not step a foot at Sleep Number ever again. Huge shoutout to the customer service representative I spoke to over the phone, who handled it better than the two employees working that day."

"We had to replace our old Sleep Number bed and went to just “look around” and price them. The staff was knowledgeable and shared all of the changes and features the new mattresses offer. As we discussed wants and needs, they were able to identify a bed that suited us. We decided to purchase a new bed on the spot! Customer service is everything nowadays, and they did a great job. They never pressured us and answered every question. We’re excited to receive our new bed on Tuesday!"
