"I truly do think that Home Depot has lost their heart and customer service. I had asked for help to load up 8, 3x5 Hardy boards. After waiting at least 25 to 30 minutes I started loading them myself but I figured out a way to keep the cart from moving. I'm 63, a woman, fortunately I work out with a personal trainer. Otherwise I'd still be waiting. The guy showed up to help me when I was in the checkout lane .. I had already seen him and two other men at the front just chatting not really doing anything that looked important. I did ask for his help to load them in the car and he did. But I had to help him load them in the car. Because it looked like he almost fell with the first one. Basically the same thing happened in plumbing too because I had asked for help finding a few things for the toilet and he blurted out directions which were wrong because I eventually found what I needed but he never showed up to help me. I'll pray for you Home Depot I know you can do better!"

"I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT PURCHASE APPLIANCES THROUGH HOME DEPOT. I bought a stove ($993.71) and paid for the install after a Home Depot employee told me they CAN install it and they do it all the time. the install was then set for Nov 8. The installer came out and told me he can’t install the stove, told me I need to call a plumber and left my home with the stove sitting in the middle of my kitchen. Therefore, I called a plumber and had to pay $950 for them to install this stove. I called home depot back, spoke with Chris Brannum and he basically said I’m out of luck. He wasn’t helpful, he basically called me a liar and didn’t offer ANY compensation. I will be seeking legal help. I have also already contacted the BBB"

"On Friday October 6, I had the pleasure of working with Don Scott recently, and I must say that his expertise and guidance were invaluable. I needed assistance with installing and replacing the drainer/pipe for my sink, and Don provided clear instructions and step-by-step directions throughout the process. Don's knowledge in plumbing and attention to detail were evident from the start. He patiently explained the necessary tools and materials required, ensuring that I had everything I needed before starting the installation. His explanations were concise, making the process much easier to follow. What impressed me the most about Don was his willingness to answer all my questions. He took the time to address any concerns I had and offered practical solutions to overcome potential challenges. His friendly demeanor and patience made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. Thanks to Don's guidance, I was able to successfully install and replace the drainer/pipe for my sink without any issues. I truly appreciate his expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend Don Scott to anyone in need of plumbing assistance. He is a reliable and knowledgeable professional who goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction."

"Abundant and various items, good display and enough staffs. Staffs wee friendly. Relatively roomier and clean. Fast mobile order and pick up process. I recommend when you cannot find out items you want to buy from other Home Depot. My first visit was quite good experience."
