"We love the furniture, but hate the customer service experience. Buyers beware -- the design and purchase experience isn't so bad but once you've swiped the credit card, be prepared to not receive any updates about your order, no follow-up, nor will they care to respond to your requests for an update. Laura was our designer at this location. She did a great job fooling us by promising how much she cared. Well, we never heard from her again after making the purchase. In fact, 2 months after calling her store and Bassett customer service, we learned that Laura failed to submit one of the items that we had purchased. The result, tireless hours spent to chase down our item. Every time we called her to ask for an update or tracking information, her response was always "I'll look into it and get back to you." But that never happened. For the quality of furniture and brand recognition associated with this company, you think they'd hire people who cared. Be warned -- they only care about the commission and would care less about customer satisfaction."
