"I had stopped by here a couple weeks ago an the woman working were occupied by theirs phones .. I checked online for what I was wanting an then I decided to stop back by an just deal with the salesperson because I wanted the pillows I saw .. to my surprise (a different woman) the salesperson was like night and day to the previous visit. She was smiling and friendly, she was very knowledgeable as to what was confusing on the web site to get me sorted out . I left with exactly what I wanted and the environment was completely different- was a nice experience."
