"Based on the reviews and location, this seemed like a great option for our son... until I called the number (which is a call center, btw) and found out that the Elite Learning After School Program is ONLY for students of Harmony schools. Hello? That info is nowhere on your website. Please add that asap (in several places) so parents don't waste time like I did, trying to enroll kids who are not eligible."

"tried to enroll my daughter during the summer, but the website was not updated. I called and was told i "would receive information at orientation". Got info at orientation, but by then they were full, so my daughter was waitlisted. I asked how long, and was told "2 weeks". I said i could manage for 2 weeks, just didn't want to have to start looking for alternatives 6 weeks later. here we are 4 weeks in, and now when i email, i get an 'out of office' response to call the support desk. When i call the customer support desk, i get a 'mailbox is full' message. I am at my wits end. I guess i need to tell my employer that i will be taking off early, every day, for the rest of the year. I feel like i was lied to when i asked "is there an afterschool option?"."

"Elite-Katy has been great! We like how they keep the students separated by grade and there is supervision throughout! There are numerous individuals working with and monitoring the students. The staff are all personable, kind, and consistent! My child comes home with his homework complete as well as extra work they provide so he is busy. Our son has fun and enjoys going to Elite!"
