"Unsure of the female managers name, but she’s an older, blonde hair, white lady. She is SO incredibly rude to the children. She single handily made what was a great time with my children horrible. When I tell you I wanted to grab my children and leave immediately. No one should EVER speak to children like that. She’s rude, unprofessional, and needs to get out of a place of employment that deals with children. I wish I took a video of how she was talking. It was outside the trampolines. A bunch of kids ran up saying they wanted to jump instead of explaining anything it was. “Go get $11. It better be real money, no fake money. Wanna jump?! Go get the money” it felt like she was bullying the children. At first I assumed I was being a mama bear when I was upset by it, but also my sons grandmother, grandfather, and 16yo aunt also all were upset by how this woman was speaking to these kids."

"I had my daughters party there as a single parent this was the most affordable place for me. My first host was awful and when I tell you the manager took over my daughters party quickly and corrected the problem IMMEDIATELY!!! I wish I got her name but she is the lady in the pink shirt on the picture posted below. She made my daughter feel so special on her day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for a birthday party. They are so organized and my daughter enjoyed her day."

"It was our first time here. The parking lot was packed so it was a struggle to find a proper parking spot. We were invited for a birthday party. The party host gave the boys a card with a bracelet so they can put it around their arm. I was surprised that they don't do tokens any more. So I took the boys around the arcades and each game was either 1 or 2 minute. They enjoyed it. After 3 hours we still had a bunch of points so we will save it for next time we go!"

"Have not been to a chuck cheese in over 15 years. Got to say the pizza is pretty good and the giant cookie is also good. I expected bad quality pizza. Facility is clean and enough games for the little ones."
