"We love our son’s doctor, Dr. Dahotre! She has always been super friendly, informative, respectful, and a joy to work with! The staff here have taken really good care of us when we come here for his check ups! The wait can be a bit long depending on how backed up they are but overall, it’s been a great experience coming here! Can’t recommend Dr. Dahotre enough! She is amazing!"

"I have been going to the pediatric center for years and I am so thankful for the staff members that have helped my sick children when they need it. I don’t know many places you can make a same day appointment and be seen in a timely manner during a time like cold/flu season when every child seems to be sick! Way quicker than sitting in a ER or urgent care to be seen. The staff is so caring. Lindsey pickrel could work at any location and it wouldn’t matter. I would travel, wait hours, whatever it takes! She is an AMAZING provider and one that I completely trust to take care of my kids. Thank you pediatric center for serving the kids of Richmond/Rosenberg!"

"My kids have gone to the Pediatric Center for at least 16 years and we never had a issue. The staff and doctors are very friendly no matter what location we visited. Getting appointments was never a issue and the wait time has never been a problem. My kids were always taken care of and loved going here. The doctors listened and took their time when I had concerns or questions on my kids health situations."

"We have gone here for about 7 years for all 3 of our kids. We love the doctors and that’s why we’ve stayed. The office staff is extremely rude, disorganized, unhelpful and impossible to get a hold of. You will wait 2 at least hours to be seen. We had to initially wait because they didn’t verify with insurance. Something about us seeing another doctor than the one we normally see. My insurance hasn’t changed in 5 years and I was not notified of any issues before arriving. They said they called us. They did not and could not provide details on the “call.” My mom and daughter also said that when the doctor finally came in, she said something like, she didn’t see the number and was looking for them. Not sure what that means. But it leads me to believe that their system is disorganized, and they were passed over. This was not the first time there has been a last minute error where we have had to wait. Usually, once we are brought back, the wait time is extremely long. During this instance, my toddler was there with my child who had the flu and began to get hungry and he was screaming for hours. No one offered to help or checked in at all. The office manager began yelling and talking over me when I brought concerns to her via the phone (2 hours after our visit). So- doctors are amazing, other staff and office staff needs a re-vamp. It is sad to leave doctors you love because of incompetent and rude staff. In response to Dr. B’s comment, I left one review here and one on Yelp. I did not leave multiple under different names. I don’t even see other reviews this week than mine. Also, I am not angry. If you read my words and stop deflecting, you will see that I am sad and disappointed. My daughter, who was at the worst stage of the flu had to sit there for hours, listening to screams from her tired, hungry and thirsty brother, with no one checking in or even offering a bottle of water. My mom who graciously took her when I couldn’t get off work, had a terrible, frustrating, confusing experience with a sick child and a miserable, screaming one. Again, I am sad and disappointed. I did speak to the office manager, as I said in my review. I was called back 2 hours after my mother left the center with my children. I tried to reach the office for hours. She yelled at me and spoke over me, defending herself. It seems that you may be leading your team to blame the loyal patrons when they have terrible experiences. I appreciate the doctors helping sick patients. But to be passed up and not communicated with, led to believe we would be seen soon, not checked in on when a baby cried for 2 hours- (not sure if you can give pouches, but my mom was not prepared to wait this long, and he was starving. Maybe a sticker or a bottle of water would have helped. I know Urgent Care has given freeze pops before and at least checked in. No one ever stepped in to check to see what they could do). All because of an issue with which doctor’s name was on our insurance from the insurance verifier, with no prior notice when we had 24 hours before our appointment, then to be told we were called, but couldn’t say who they called or when, and because you overbooked patients and did not communicate that at the time of booking is not okay. Next Level Urgent Care also provides care for this community, and I have never experienced anything close to this treatment from them. They provide empathy and resources, and wait times are reasonable."
