"Food quality is fine, it's IHOP. However, the floor was sticky and needing of cleaning. Also service was extremely slow. We waited well over 20 minutes just our drinks. The new manager wasnice and helpful. She has her work cut out with her service crew. We won't be returning, unfortunately this was the second time we received extremely poor service. The value for your dollar is not worth it. Go somewhere else."
"Your typical IHop! It’s kind of in a random location so it’s not too busy. Our waitress was kind, attentive, and made sure our food came out quickly. She was training a new waitress who was learning the ropes quickly and was equally as nice. I love coming here with friends because the quiet atmosphere makes it perfect for us to catch up. I only give -1 star because there was a chocolate chip in my glass of water, but that didn’t bother me too much. I will come back here whenever I’m craving brunch with my friends."
"Dined in the morning 5:00 AM. Nice and quiet. The serving time was quick (15 minutes) and the Jalapeño Kick, a chicken sandwich was uncooked. Chicken takes a while to cook, it can take 20-30 minutes. I don’t the dry pepper jack cheese. I preferred melted."
"I came in with a group of four and she ignored us the whole time. She gave us lemonade with a piece of food in it and served the other people who came after us before us multiple times we had to wave to get her attention every time we needed something, and she gave us an attitude the entire time."
"So our visit started with the server taking a full 90 seconds to input an ice tea order, while ignoring my son asking her a question. Then another server came over 5min later to again take our drink order because we still didn't have drinks! Finally get our drinks and food order in. My sister very clearly orders extra crispy hash browns. Food takes a little bit to come, kids comes first with no silverware. Server says she will be right back with it. Several minutes go by and I finally go to the kitchen and ask for it myself and after returning with silverware, a moment later my sister's food comes. Our server still does not have silverware!!! As you can see by my photos, her hashbrowns were NOT extra crispy, and the English muffin was not toasted making her eggs Benedict chewy. She also stated the hollandaise sauce had no flavor. My sons chicken tenders were so over cooked he could not eat them. $35 at IHOP and heading to Chick-fil-A to get edible food. Will not be back!!"
