We were about to leave when he made two more offers on a plush queen we liked. I ended up getting @500 off and zero interest for a year. At that point, for the price and qualify, it was a now brainer."

Walked in thinking I was gonna pay thousands for the perfect bed and ended up paying a way better price than anticipated. Manager was respectful and very attentive to working with a budget. Verity of beds to fit your comfort zone to bed springs or therapeutic beds that you lay on and won't be able to get off due to being very comfortable. Don't get a bed in a box get a bed at the mattress firm! I had a great experience here, thank you."

"The worst experience ever. Placed an order on March and when they said they would deliver within the next 7 days, they never did. Never received a call with an update. I had to call them couple times. The "manager" as he calls himself everytime we spoke, was very unprofessional, rude and lacked respect. My wife called once for an update and explained our situation with the mattress, and the "manager" told my wife that if she didn't want to wait longer (for the mattress to arrive), she could've just cancel the order. After waiting for close to 2 months (since March) they called us yesterday saying they would deliver the mattress, they never showed up. Had me waiting for 4 hrs at home and they never hesitated to call and make an explanation of the matter. I had to go to the store today to see what happened, and the store had the sign of OPEN, but the doors were locked. I was outside waiting and waiting and calling to see if maybe someone would open, never. So I had to call another store, (finally!, a very polite and professional manager) helped us to get our mattress today. Only good thing to mention here: Our salesman Frank,(at the Americas store) was very professional, and very attentive when we went to get the mattress."
