"As a buyer I am appalled at the practices being done here. I purchased a Tempurpedic Mattress, and was over charged. Buyer always make sure you are comparing the prices to the original Mattress Firm Corporation. This is a FRANCHISE. I was also never informed I could purchase ONE solid adjustable base, and save 2000 dollars! No, the sales man immediately wrote us down for two XL twin bases, without stating prices or options, equaling double the price of one solid piece. To add insult to injury, on our second purchase of a mattress, I compared the pricing to again, MATTRESS FIRM online, only to see they too were going to over charge me for that mattress. When I brought it up they immediately “price matched.” Wait, am I buying a mattress at mattress firm or somewhere else? What is this? Later on I find out I have a fraudulent transaction on my credit card statement for more than 1,000 dollars. A transaction that was posted 4 days after my purchase. If this isn’t fraud, what is it then Armando Alvidrez?"
