"Really sad that i can't rate this location higher. Came in today to get help with warranty issues and completely got shut down by the staff. They did it with a smile a polite demeanor but basically told me that even though they are mattress firm they are just a franchise and do not honor other states mattress firm purchases. Directed me to a website and 800 number. They couldn't be bother to call anyone or assists because they couldn't pull me up in there direct system. They wouldnt even explain my policynon the bed i had. After calling my original store of origin and getting an emailed reciet they still refused to help me and very kindly showed me the exit. I bet they are great sales man but don't expect anyhelp with warranty or warranty claims. Consider all sales final purchase."
"very upset. as i was told that the delivery date was Monday latest Tuesday now Sat and its now its coming. No problem with delivery people. The problem is with sales person as he's suppose to call and explain whats going on. instead i call and call and,,,,, I assumed if I send $2500 i would get good service. live and learn."

"If you’re military and stationed at Fort Bliss, TX you want to go see Armando here! He helped us out with FREE delivery and ensured that we were taken care of as soon as we mentioned we served in the military! He let us pick our own mattress cover and made sure the deliver was literally the next day (Even though it was a weekend). Go and ask for Armando! He will not disappoint!"
