"Dont waste your time or effort with this place. We received a referral from the Ft Bliss housing office to repair some small damage on our sofa that the maintenance team had done on one of there on post home maintenance calls. Well, this man showed up unannounced one evening and rudely asked to come in and repair the damage. I had no clue who he was and he didn't offer up any information. Hmmm... after some coaching he finally told me who he was and decided to let him in our home (escorted by myself). Once I escorted him to the sofa he stood in front of the sofa and just staired at me. My patience was lost and I asked him too give me a card and that I or my wife would call him to set up an appointment. He walked out to get a card and after 10 minutes or so walked back into my house... unannounced!! I took his card and told him how unhappy I was with his service and to never walk into my house again unannounced and without permission. What a piece of work this guy is and I would definitely not recommend him or his place to anyone. Clearly a "Soldiers" worst nightmare."
"We trusted this man & his adorable little shop to properly fix our couch. We agreed on the cost of $280 after He assured our couch would be more than durable to stand up to 4 kids, 2 adults and two dogs ( our dogs are not allowed up) we have had the couch back home after being in the workshop nearly 3 weeks, and the stitching is coming apart. Our leather couch now looks much worse than before getting "repaired"! I have called Mr Home Upholstery several times as well as sent him pictures of how his work has failed and he continues to ignore us. If you are looking to have your couch worse off than before then by all means take your business here. Otherwise keep looking, try your own repairs or buy new. This guy is a joke."
