"Jesus was extremely rude on the phone. He rushed and interrupted me when I was trying to explain what my need was over the phone (and I was talking fast)! I understand they are super busy but this is one of the reasons why I decided to start getting my prescriptions somewhere else. I plan on speaking with the pharmacy manager when I pick up prescription. Update-I spoke to the pharmacy manager that day and he was very kind and listened to what I had to say. He was apologetic and did what he could to rectify the situation. That was greatly appreciated!"

"Since I moved from Houston to the Richmond area I have been using this pharmacy but I recently had to transfer out to another local chain. This pharmacy has serious issues with the employees being under trained. They provide you wrong information and seem to now know what they are doing. On top of that they always have issues with their phone lines. The call never gets through. On one occasion I had this happen for 4 days in a row. I don't know if it's a tech issue but this has happened to me several times when I call on different occasions."

My 8yr old daughter is on several medications due to her illnesses & i received partial & i know sometimes I have to pay out of pocket for some of her meds, long story short Jesus was great & was a huge blessing for us today.
