"I have dropping off Happy returns here for about 6 months. No problems. Then I go in today and the lady with red hair and full sleeve tattoos had no clue what she was doing. I only had two packages and I had separated the tracking information to their corresponding boxes and she was very careless and I had to help correct the labels multiple times. I truly did not think two return packages was going to be the worst thing that happened to her all day. I get it we all have bad days and customer service has never been an easy job but that was bad. She was so bothered that I came in and asked her to do her job she was clocked in to do. Very very discouraging."
"Store clases at 8pm but they only receive amazon returns until 6pm which makes no sense. No way to find out until you get to the store. You could just receive the returns and send them out the next day, what a waste of time to make people come back another day."
"My wife had an interview here today, showed up early and went to the first employee she saw to inform them she was there for an interview the guy put his finger up (as he was on the phone) and told her to shh. Went to the next employee and said she would inform the manager and to stand "some where over there" she was told to be there early and she stayed 10 minutes past her scheuduled time to be there. Very rude and unwelcoming."

"Went in to buy a new laptop and printer. Lori the salesperson that worked with me was outstanding as were other workers. Very friendly very knowledgeable. Walked out extremely happy with everything I needed at a good price."
