"We went to look at mattresses. Susie Santibanez was the sales associate we dealt with. She was aggressive and pushy. Totally off putting with her approach. I understand that they are there to sell their product but they advertise as "No Shopping Stalkers". Even after my husband told her that he wanted to look at what other places have and I told her that we weren't getting the Bob Mills credit card, she continued to pressure us into buying something and acted like we had not said anything. We did not buy anything because of her behavior. She was more aggressive than a car salesman."

"The quality of furniture matches its price. It is not a good deal by any means but it is fair. However, they claim no pushy sales people or "shopper stalkers". That is not true in the least. Someone meets you at the door and hovers as you look at the inventory. If you decide to buy they are pushing add on charges that are unnecessary. Finally, they will push delivery and set-up charges on you. If you are at all capable at reading instructions and using the tools that come in the pack then you don't need this. The two kids (under 25) they sent to my house couldn't find the directions that came in the box. My wife found them looking through the pile of trash that they eventually left as they departed. They had no tools (managements problem), damaged walls, blinds and the furniture. I feel bad for the kids as their management didn't seem to care or be of any help. They pay these employees $130/day and these kids are logging 12+ hour days, and are forward facing representation of the company. No management could be reached by time they got to our place. They were scheduled to be there from 2:30PM to 4:30PM. They didn't arrive until 7:30PM. I had to hop in with tools and hands, eventually told them to go home, and finished the build myself. We will be requesting our fee returned and won't be returning to Bob Mills again. On top of that, the mattress recommendation is quite possibly the worst mattress I have ever seen. Barely 6 inches thick and reminiscent of sleeping on the floor. That for sure is going back and for the same price we can order online a luxury brand mattress. My recommendation is to use the showroom as a viewing room and shop for the product online. Cut the middle man out."
