"The ICEE machine has not worked for 3 months now, and it is annoying to come here every day. Because it's on my way to work and I can't get an icee. Anyways, i'm disappointed again because here it is three months later and the machine still doesn't work. And as far as I know you are known for the icees...smh"

"Now that they have kitchens I can get a quick sandwich for a reasonable price. The staff works hard to keep the place clean and stocked. Our kids love the ice cream cone it's always really tall and makes them light up."

John, the manager has hired well and trained his people well. I am especially impressed with how he has trained his folks to operate two cash registers at the same time. No doubt in my mind he is increasing the flow of traffic by 60 to 70% by this method . This place is always clean and always open!"
