"They don't notify parents when the kids get hurt."
"I took my children here for almost a year and both of them got bit on the arms/back by other kids. I kept getting report after report from the teachers until the last report, which the teacher was smirking at the fact that my daughter got bit once again. I'm not sure how the situation was funny to her. Sometimes I would see bite marks without getting a report as well. The director said they had too many children in their care for them to be watching them each attentively. That should tell you enough... My mom wanted to speak to the director and she did not want to. The young girl/employee who laughed in my face go into a verbal argument with my mom and took off in her car quickly. If they had actually done something effective to stop my children from getting hurt then maybe it would not have gone as far as me reporting them to Workforce and the police. I do not recommend if you'd like for your children to be in good care."
"Valley Kidz Academy is a very professional day care with educated teachers that truly do care about the safety and security of the children. I highly recommend this daycare for the parents that are looking for a very caring and loving daycare. The children always have healthy food and snacks. The facility is very clean and the teachers always sanitize. I have seen this firsthand. The Director Mrs. Elsa is very understanding, caring and loving to the children and enforces the rules as it should be in a respectable manner. This daycare exceeds the expectations from many others. Thank you Director Mrs. Elsa for all the hard work you do in maintaining a wonderful day care."
"Horrible place they just want your money. My babies kept getting sick at this establishment. My son also got hit by another kid and they weren’t even going to tell me. I found out by the kids parents because they wanted to apologize."
