"Always had good experience here. Be sure to buy extended warranty they exchanged my sofas due to fabric coming off one and the mechanical problems on another set. No questions asked no problems exchanging just bought new warranty each time. It was really worth it. Got my last one with new type of fabric like leather it's really tough."

"Hi, i purchase a memory foam queen size mattress with insurance warranty that would never will cave in because if it did the warranty will replace it for a new one, 8 month in sleeping on it i called for them to see my mattress cause i was having back and discomfort issues due to a cave in on the mattress, made the report then an inspector said that my bed had caved in any 1 inch deep and that the warranty was good if it caved in 2 or more inches, I told them a cave in is a cave in but they didn't listen, if they would of told me this in the beginning I would of save at least 400 dollars on the insurance warranty. I guess Famsa just lost a client."
