"Lost my drivers license on a cruise so I have it electronically through a government app. Cashier said a manager would have to verify, would not let me buy anything because “you need a physical id in the state of texas”. This isn’t stated in Total wine policy or the TABC website, i checked ! Do not buy from this store, they are racist ."
"I have shopped this location numerous times and today was the first time, I experienced subpar customer service. When I asked where a could find a product the clerk pointed and said over there, look for a red button. It then took a clerk multiple times walking pass me several times before asking me how he could help. They have lost a loyal customer at this location"
"Good selection and knowledgeable staff. I used to go to Spec’s off 75 by Dave & Buster’s, but have been coming here lately since it is so much closer to my home. Even though it is small, I was pleasantly surprised by everything they have. While it can get busy on the weekends, it never has been overly crowded and the wait time to check out isn’t long. They also always have staff walking around asking if you need help finding anything, which is a plus."

"This location is always busy, but their customer service is unmatched! The entire staff is pleasant and helpful. I have not been here and not been able to find what I need to restock my bar. Parking is a little tricky... especially between 7-9pm... it requires patience for sure! My only gripe is that they do not carry the small cups to make jello shots. Other than that... Everything is awesome!"
