"I will not be returning to Total Wine due to their terrible customer service. When you go in and need help, nobody approaches you as they see you looking for something, you have to chase after someone and then get an attitude when you ask for help. We have been waiting 7 weeks for a certain wine to be restocked. We go in each week, after being told it will be in, and then track down someone to help to be told it didn't come in. This has happened numerous times over the past 7 mos. Beyond just be frustrating and time consuming to keep driving over, it is even more annoying that you never get the same answer. One person says they do not control what is on the truck, then the next says no that is not true they do know and if they say it is coming in, then it should be in. Today was final straw after standing there waiting for help while three staff are joking around doing nothing, just for me to finally butt in and ask for help and be told once again they don't have it. We are done with Total Wine, there are better options where they actually care about helping a customer."

"Has some different Tequilas than other places, but some are Ridiculously priced! Tierra Noble XA in the glass with the higher end one's has been there a few years priced at $1499.00!!! I got this at Goody Goody for $107 not long ago. Crazy!!!!"

"Great experience, and Brett was incredibly helpful. I didn't know how kind and professional the team at Total Wine would be, nor did I know that you were able to sample things. I came in intending to buy several hundred bucks of alcohol for my wedding, and Brett helped me feel certain about the drinks I purchased, their taste & quantity as well as directing me around to the right aisles. First time in, but will not be the last. 5 stars! And the cashiers were so friendly and got me on the rewards program. I think one was named DJ? Super friendly, all around. Will make more purchases there in the future."

"The store is very open and stocked with lots of rare and harder to find runs of spirits that you'd usually have to order online (initially came in after seeing that they had a bottle of JCB Gin in stock). The staff is helpful to the fullest and gives excellent recommendations in lieu of anything that might be temporarily out of stock. Prices are exceptional, and someday, I'll actually sign up for rewards; which seem to accumulate fast based on other customers redeeming around me every checkout. There is no shortage of mixers and accouterments for anything you find yourself serving, including bespoke glassware and other hardware. Lastly, they have a great snack selection."
