"What I needed product wise, but not a lot of trained staff! That's why No 5! Your staff was very friendly and helpful to a point. I am probably being too harsh! I am older and have been to quaint stores that have experienced workers and they know an amazing amount of information about wine, liquor, mixing drinks, etc..... I guess in today's world, I may be asking too much!?!?!??? Otherwise it was good service. Not knocking your store! Nice clean store!!!"
"Went into return and item that I didn’t like. Which I would never usually buy the man I talk to on the phone said that was fine. Got to the store and one of the managers/cashiers was extremely rude, the short Hispanic one with glasses really needs to work on her customer service skills. Especially as a higher up, I didn’t mind her putting my balance on a gift card it just was her attitude the whole entire return process."
