"I always stop here on my way home to buy a drink and have always had an okay experience. Sometimes the soda fountain is out of syrup, but it’s okay, I don’t really mind. Their employees are usually nice and fast. This is by far the cleanest RaceTrac in Denton and the best. I wish RaceTrac would bring back their $1 fountain drinks, that’s the only reason why I stop on my way home."
"Been going here everyday for 12 or 13 years. The employees know me so well they usually have my smokes ready for me or at least know what I get. When there is a new person they catch on very quickly. Better than QT"
"Location is consistently poorly staffed. The staff that I’ve interacted with has been friendly. Check out line is always long. Restroom is stocked and appears to be cleaned nightly but maintaining throughout the day is lacking. There are regularly puddles of urine under the urinals, toilets need wiping down, sink and mirror are dirty. Gas pumps are clean and operational. Exterior lighting is great and creates a safe environment for customers at night. Sales floor is in need of cleaning throughout the day. Fountain drink area is stocked but not wiped down regularly. There is little to no trash on the sales floor floor or bathroom. Overall the experience is on par with a gas station. There are many areas that could be improved upon to increase the customer experience if the store was staffed."
