"Front Desk Clerk is so rude they should have someone with customer service in the front or let younger people take there place. Absolutely changing my children to another clinic just because of people like that. Other than that I have no problem with the doctors or nurses they are excellent but the lady in the front is super rude and they should get rid of her!"

"Honestly, It's just best to look for a different office. I would rather drive 45min to my hometown doctor because of the better service I get. There is never any handsoap.. that should be a #1 priority since they are a doctor's office. The restroom is never cleaned. The waiting area... I don't know how this place is open with the carpet and chair stains. The receptionists give terrible service and attitude not to just the patients parents but to eachother also. If you want what's best for your child, sibling etc. I suggest a different location. I would give it 0 stars. By the way 1 of the 2 receptionist's in the front was being rude to the other nurses because of a BAD DAY. I brought my sibling to the doctor and she almost didn't let me in because I needed a note but, I've brought them here before and my name was on the list. She just didn't bother to look."

"Disgusting place. How does it even pass inspection? No soap in the bathrooms, no kleenex, no paper towels, carpet is nasty, walls are horrible!! Seriously, such a gross facility. You get scheduled at 9 am only to find out dr arrives at 12, why the hell do they do that? And to top off receptionist is rude . And doctors really need to start pretending to check and care about patients:/"

"Long wait, and dirty facility. Expect to be in the waiting room for more then 2 hours. No handsoap in the restroom as well. They seriously need to remodel or do some deep cleaning on the carpet."

"Dr. De Los Santos is an excellent pediatrician and is very well loved. He is so dedicated to his community and the well being of all his patients. I read alot of critizism of taking too long but we forget that he is only one being and he too has a life and other patients and emergencies to tend to. God bless him and his staff."
