"This Burlington does not care about their customers. Restrooms are disgusting, dirty toilet paper everywhere. Toilets not flushed.. a worker was inside and she let me know how the person that cleans the restrooms was not scheduled to work that day.. so you can imagine how dirty they were. Very unpleasant. I also agree with a review down below that states how the cashiers are always in a bad mood. It’s very true, they are super slow and not in the best mood. (I did take pictures of the dirty restrooms but will not be posting)"
"FIFTEEN people in line and only 2 cashiers, even after multiple complaints and obviously many reviews stating this and Burlington does nothing about it but apologize and say they're working on it. The store is always messy and the wait time to pay is at least 30 to 45 minutes ALL the time. The few cashiers they DO have only add to the problem bc they're slow. A new manager should have been hired a long time ago."
