"We placed a big to-go order. Had to wait 20 minutes by the side of the restaurant. We had to go to the restaurant to ask about our order and get it! We decided to check the order and we were missing some items. I'd definitely recommend checking your order before leaving restaurants!"
"Two days in a row. I went here and ordered 2 large patties with cheese. And I have ordered this exact item at numerous Wendy's. On the third day the manager says she can not sell me the patty by itself she would have to sell it for the cost of the hamburger. Never had any problems until tht day. Called the customer service line and was never able to make a complaint because thy would never answer the phone."
"Tuesday @ 4pm drive through window. It was a faster line and I ordered a small chili with cheese because it’s sooo cold! Good service, friendly. Will come back!!"
