"Warning! Long post. Called to have granddaughter put on waiting list. She was due mid September but came first of the month. Was told $100 deposit to save spot if one became available. No problem. Daughter was called 2 days after giving birth. Told employee that baby would not be attending until middle of October. Was told ‘no problem, $100 enrollment fee will hold spot”. Get call/ text week later stating she had to start paying attendance fees prior to starting to hold spot, daycare is $600 a month, so they wanted that up front to hold spot. We were confused by that wondering why that wasn’t conveyed in the very beginning , or why spot was still offered when baby couldn’t start attending for 6 weeks. We offered to work with them for a “credit” when baby was sick and couldn’t go. They agreed. Three days later we were called in and told there was too much anger and they didn’t feel comfortable allowing baby to have a spot. There was no anger. Just simply asking questions about the why they weren’t more forthcoming with what they expected. Told us the misunderstanding was on our part because they did tell us…ummm, no you didn’t, hence the questions to understand. Two female workers involved. One retiring and the other replacing her. Replacement girl was petrified and wouldn’t make a sound. She doesn’t have a clue how to handle anything, bless her heart. That’s when I got mad. Promised to work with us, as we agreed to your “stipulations”, and then basically told us we were trouble. Do not trust anything Teresa Harris tells you and poor little Ashley doesn’t know how to handle any situation. Guess my granddaughter doesn’t need to be under their care because I wouldn’t trust any of them to take care of her now since they have issues with grandma and mom."
