"Purchased a carry on utility trailer June 2, 2023, store said they would mail me the title. I had to call to ask where title was 2 weeks after purchase, and apparently they were just holding it. Finally received it a week after that, took it to get it registered, to be told by Registrar that this trailer showed it had been registered under someone else's name in the past. Registrar called Tractor Supply, they gave no answers. Tractor Supply then told me they would order a new VIN tag and title and get it to me asap. Today, August 2, 2023, I called Tractor Supply again, only to be told they had the items and they were sitting in the managers office. They are supposed to be mailing them to me, but needless to say, I will not be using this store in Plainview, TX (Store number 1132) again! Not sure when I will actually get the documents, so I may be returning the trailer to them!"

"My father had purchased a heater from here and it stopped working, he lost the receipt but the wonderful manager and worker were very kind and helpful and was able to find the receipt!"
"Tractor supply is a good place to go for pretty much all your farming needs. My only complaint is that the rental trailer is usually non operational whenever I call. That's pretty much the main reasons I've come here besides a few good deals here and there. The service has always been friendly and helpful though. I would recommend tractor supply if it fits people's needs."
