"We went to this Dollar General to exchange some shoes for a different size. Unfortunately we no longer have the receipt and they did not have the size we needed. The young man at the register told us to go find something else and they would exchange it for different merchandise. Everything cool up to this point. My two-year-old grandson picked out a police car that he was in love with and we grabbed some sanitizing wipes cuz you can't have enough of those. Stood in line for 15 minutes to check out and the girl that was now on the register had no clue how to do an exchange. She asked if we wanted to wait a bit till the guy came back. When we ask how long she said, "oh probably 30 minutes." We asked if there was anyone else in the store that knew how to do it and she said no, so I assumed she was alone. Left with a very disappointed little boy that didn't get his police car and a pair of shoes that don't fit. Very dissatisfied."
