"Great place to do quick shopping. Associates decent nice attitudes comparing to Dollar Tree employees. I rather go there for that reason alone."

"A lot of stuff out of place. No manager on duty. Two workers and one was going outside to smoke every 15 to 20 minutes. Not only that, he was standing by the door and blowing smoke in my face as I walked in. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke. Very rude and inconsiderate. If he's so addicted and in love with his cigarettes, he needs to do that at home. The non-smoking lady there was working hard and didn't get a break every 15 to 20 minutes. It isn't fair to the non-smoker. He gets paid for smoking, what's fair about that when one lady is left in there to do both jobs, and he's a lazy man?"

"I have regularly visited Family Dollar. I have always found what I needed and the employees are always helpful and so ready to assist me when I ask for something that I can't find. (Generally it's because I passed by the item) I highly recommend this store and rmployees."

"The store is fine, always seem to be restocking and the products have the isles blocked no matter what day of the week or time of day I go. My dislike is the way one of the managers barks at the cashier's. The lady in front of me bought a ton of seasonal items and they were not ringing up the correct price. The manager made a comment that she knew the items were on clearance and not ringing correctly, she completely humiliated the cashier. Another time there were 6 of us in line, it's almost 1pm and most of us our on lunch. The cashier had never added mins to some type of phone & wanted to be sure she was doing the transaction correctly, she was still new. The manager was NO WHERE TO BE SEEN. The cashier had to walk around the store saying managers name..... She asked for assistance with the purchase and verbally told her manager she had a line of customers. The directions were barked at her, the manager did not offer to show the cashier how to complete the transaction and she did not help check us out. After the 2nd time I witnessed the "power trip managers" rudeness and complete lack of customer service, absolutely zero team work skills and horrible management ability I have never gone back."
