"This has been the most frustrating experience! Mattress was ordered and PAID for in early December 2021. They have scheduled delivery 4 times in four weeks. Each time they confirm the night before AND the morning of delivery and then within a few minutes of the day of confirmation, a representative calls to reschedule! I understand that there is a work shortage and that problems occur however, I am quite sure they are still taking orders and no one has offered to give us any compensation for ALL of the days I have taken off work to meet them, prepared for the set up, etc. At the least I suggest that BEOFE. you pay them you know that you WILL receive your mattress! If not, I believe they should offer a discount each time the delivery is delayed! The delivery notice tells you NOT to throw away your old mattress until the new one arrives and I know know exactly why this is part of their standard message! Absolutely ridiculous! Terrible customer service! If there is another mattress out there that you are considering, purchase it and steer clear of a nightmare like the one we are experiencing!"
