"The location at Marcella Memorial Heights is great!!! Walking distance to Buffalo bayou - great spot for dog lovers. The apartments are renovated beautifully with great floor plans- Meggan Reed was my point of contact at the leasing office from start to finish- she was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process!"
"If this place was another block further from the Bayou it wouldn’t be worth living in. They have valet trash but nobody follows the rules so there is trash in the hall. They use a 3rd party delivery system for all packages and they constantly get lost. While I live there my motorcycle was stolen and they had my car towed, despite being registered. When my dish washer broke I waited a week to fix it, when I called to ask when it would be fixed I was told it wasn’t a priority and was asked if my sink was broken too. The mail boxes were getting broken into fairly frequently as well. There are dogs off leash and there is a lot of dog feces that doesn’t get picked up."
"My husband and I moved here 6 months ago and decided to upgrade to a bigger unit. I have worked with both Meggan and Jessica from the leasing office and have helped me throughout the entire process 6 months ago and the recent move. I absolutely love Marcella and don't see us living anywhere else in Houston. The location is definitely unbeatable. If you have a workout routine with racks and weights, the gym here has it all. The community is great as well and family friendly. The direct access to Buffalo Bayou is also just another amazing perk. The maintenance staff are all very efficient and in general super nice to deal with. Marcella isn't just a place to live for me but a place to call home."
