"I’ve read some of the early reviews of this place so I’ve been dragging my feet to go try them out. I went tonight and honestly it wasn’t bad. A lot of complaints have been about the wait times. I went a little later so it wasn’t busy. So, I can’t attest to the busy wait times. I ordered on their website. Easy interface and was on my way to the store in a few minutes. Got there a little early. I ask the girl behind the counter a few recommendations for next time. She was happy to help and very friendly. I got my food and brought it home. I had the double bacon cheeseburger and onion rings. The food was good and prepared properly. It’s not the best burger or onion rings I’ve ever had, but certainly far from the worst. Everything on the burger tasted fresh and the onion rings were crunchy with good flavor. Would definitely recommend and will gladly go back to try different things off the menu."

"Ordered food on thier website and food was not ready at the time the website said. That is fine! They asked 3 different times how I ordered our food and what the name was. A couple people came in after us and they got thier food. No problem! But... after we got our food and made it home to eat it. The food was both cold and pink on the inside. 3 out of the 4 burgers were pink inside. Not really edible pink. All the burgers were bland with no flavor. Onion rings were good. Fries okay. Fried pickles were lackluster. The Sweet Bourbon Bacon Burger was missing the sweet bourbon. We may not come back after this experience. And it really sucks because we were excited to see this place opening up close to home. I think this place may have some real potentional. But they need some work."

"Yikes… waited 40 minutes for my food, once I got, burgers were cold, undercooked and onion rings were cold and I counted 6 small rings for $5.29. The kids meal (2 tenders and fries) was way overpriced for the amount and size ($7.59) our burger orders were wrong as well. I know they just opened but evidently online orders get pushed to the front. Fries were great, milkshakes great… bacon burger was smaller then the classic. We tried it, won’t be back."
