"It’s nice to have a dollar tree in Leander but it’s understaffed. One cashier on a Saturday… the line took 17 minutes. Way too long for such a small store."

"I was just in this store and brought back an unopened item that my mother could not use. I was told by the manager on duty that they do not do exchanges. She argued with me and was very rude when I showed her at the bottom of the receipt which states verbatim : We will gladly exchange any unopened item with original receipt. We do not offer refunds. She would not do the exchange for me. Even the employees on duty said to her, " The item is still sealed". I walked out and left my cart that was full of items that I intended to buy. Dollar Tree needs to train their managers better so they don't lie to the customers. This manager either didn't know the policy or is making one up herself. I have exchanged items like this at other Dollar Tree stores before. I'm am trying to find a corporate number to report this incident but it is nowhere available."
"Cashier was confused and needed help from the manager but that’s not why I’m leaving this review. The cashier was a kind old lady and was amazing trying to do her job. The manager was being extremely disrespectful to her and kinda aggravated me. Treat your workers and coworkers with respect. I think the managers name was Debbie."
