"I was here for a cash wash on 02/19/2024 and took the graphene extreme single wash option for $25. The wash was not clean at all. The backside of the car is completely unwashed and noticed it after got home and returned in 10 mins.was told they cannot rewash since I left the property for 10 mins. After asking for speaking to manager, the guy said he is not at the property. When asked about calling him so I can speak to him on phone, the guy let's me thru for rewash. It's not worth it when it comes to cleaning"

"Terrible experience today. After I went through the wash, I left to do some shopping. When I got out of the car, I saw that the whole back of the car was still dirty. Evidently the brushes had not touched this area. I went back there (about 55 mins had elapsed). When I asked for a free rewash and a small compensation for the trouble, I was told that they could not do anything as I had left the wash. If you go there (which I will never do again), be sure to inspect your car immediately upon leaving the wash. If not, you may be out of luck."

"Always truly courteous staff. Equipment does a nice job. Facilities are clean and the free cleaning stations are inviting and very functional (vacuums, high pressure air puffs, floor mats cleaning station). Some access to water to rinse out rags etc would be a nice bonus."
