"First time coming and it was such a lively environment and got smacked in the face with the great smelling food. Coffee, spices, and sweet scents everywhere. Ordered the chicken fried steak and biscuits. The crust was delicious and the biscuits warm and crispy. Great great flavor especially with some hot sauce. The service was very friendly and even got a free dessert for first time coming in. Very big man leaving very full. Well worth"
"Someone needs to sue this place for my Grandmother - they stole her recipe!! Either that or they are as close to what she used to make that I've ever had. I am a sucker for Biscuits & Gravy and can never pass them up until I've tried them. I came here and immediately ordered the "Risky Biscuits". I arrived at 10:30am on a Sunday and the place was PACKED. It had that chain feel and vibe, but it was well staffed, people fully engaged/rocked and made me feel like they cared. The place was pretty clean but it was mobbed and I couldn't find a seat. No big deal, eat in my truck is always an option. The only down side is that when I'm part of the wait staff and I fill my own drinks, at least have the soda machines working. Great food, pretty fast, and very popular. Would highly recommend, but bring your own drink."

"This place is amazing! This was our first time visiting this establishment. Upon walking in, we were greeted with smells from heaven! The waffles are homemade, the biscuits are homemade, the apple butter is homemade, the bacon is delicious, and the pan sausage, as well as the chicken, which was completely deliciously fried and juicy. We will be back mini times. The coffee, absolutely delicious! and I love that also upon entering in you are with the most wonderful smiles. Whether you are a native of Austin, and/or Bee Cave or you’re just visiting in the area, this is worth the drive."
"I randomly walked in here on a Wednesday morning around 9:30. Sophie was absolutely amazing! She gave me a very detailed breakdown of the menu because I mentioned I had never been here. I ordered The Squaking Goat biscuit sandwhich by her recommendation and it was incredible! The maple vanilla oatmilk latte was also delicious. Clean restaurant, plenty of parking and seating and great customer service! I’ll definitely be back!"
