"Dr. Brandy is a great doctor, and great person. She took great care of me and was very comforting. That is why I gave it five stars!"

"Really disappointed. I’d been in extreme discomfort with hives all over my body for 24 hours. Extreme discomfort in my hands and they’re so swollen I can’t close them entirely. The website said they treated hives and I was desperate for relief so I decided to come in. PA walked in, simply looked at my hives then said repeatedly that I should see a dermatologist for treatment instead. Prescribed me over the counter meds I could’ve gotten on my own without a prescription. Dismissed the fact that I’m a breastfeeding mother by recommending I pump and dump my breastmilk while taking the meds. Nevermind the fact that the meds he prescribed dry up a mother’s milk supply so it’s not worth the risk to take them anyway. Couldn’t believe they still collected the $180 on our way out the door. Honestly they did absolutely nothing to help in the 10 minutes we were there. Just wish I would’ve suffered at home today instead of wasting our time and money coming here."

"After paying $60 plus fees for flu and strep test which were negative, the nurse refused to give me Azithromycin. She said that I had a virus even though I told her that my throat had been sore since Tuesday and hadn't gotten better. Now I have to wait another few days to go to a real doctor at work. Everywhere I have been in the past has at least gave Azithromycin just in case, and it helped. So I still feel horrible after wasting money. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I should have read the negative reviews. Please go somewhere else!"

"This is my 3rd time at this urgent care, and it almost cost my son's life. On Friday Oct. 20th, I scheduled a 12pm appointment as my 15month old son was in severe pain, throwing up all morning (literally unable to hold anything down, even fluids). I was seen by one of the NPs (I think) who was quite passive, I must say. While there my son had a bloody stool, which I showed her and she just put it in the trash. Then ran test for flu, step and covid, mind you he DID NOT have a fever. Then on all these test being negative, she sent us home saying we should get OTC nausea meds. I said what about the bloody stool and the pain which he's visibly in. She mentioned I should keep giving him Tylenol AND not worry about the bloody stool, it's most likely just a one time thing. Long story short, after a second opinion at the emergency room later that day, my soon had a life threatening surgery on Oct Sat Oct 21, to cut of part of his ileum, which had now become necrotic, in order to resolve the intussusception, which he was in so much pain as a result of. I'm in tears writing this, and I really hope no one has to ever go through what I've been through."

"I’ve visited this location twice in the past couple of months, once for a DOT recertification and the second time after an accident. The place is clean, the stuff is friendly, professional and accommodating. Both times I was treated with care and the prices are reasonable. The lady at the front seat was very helpful when I needed a receipt reprinted for insurance purposes and for me, it the ‘go to’ place for minor issues. I also overheard how they kindly assisted other patients which leaves me no other option but Highly Recommend them on here. Thank you and keep up the good work."
