"Management is trash. In the beginning, the director seemed kind and caring but then her actions did not match her words. The director, is not organized nor knows how to effectively communicate with parents whatsoever. She waits until you walk into the door to tell you your child cannot be taken in for whatever reason. She also unenrolled/dropped my child without consent and without actual reason. A parent who is paying for reliable child care should not have to worry about their child being denied entrance (with no notification) due to a "Director's" inability to have/maintain staff. Nor should a parent have their child denied entrance due to suddenly being unenrolled (with no notification) by the Director without any discussion being had with the parent. If you want reliable child care, look elsewhere. This isn't the place."
"Don't recommend they are very careless and pinched my baby on her stomach with the belt from a bouncer. She also always had a diaper rash because they had a "schedule"so they only changed her on their schedule."
