"This place is absolutely horrible. I brought my 11yr old daughter here with a messed up finger. Sat in room waiting to get an x-ray for about 2 1/2 hours. The nursing staff here is terrible. Should have went to childress."
"The docs and nurses are great. The food they feed the poor patients is disgusting. Instant potatoes. Stick a fork in them and they’re the flakes they started as. Brown lettuce in salad and not everyone like ranch. Hot beef sandwich. Pile of shredded beef (maybe) no bread or bun. Balsamic Brussels sprouts not appetizing. A menu choice would be great. Might be able to find enough to survive. Now I know how the hospital can continually remodel."

"I called my clinic to speak to someone but they are closed today. So when I called it directed me straight to the hospital because like I said they are closed. Who ever answered the phone was super rude. Not letting me talk what so ever and just saying “they’re not opened” then with attitude when I asked something else “They’re not opened.” No wonder this hospital has such a bad rating. The staff is just plain rude. I mean if you don’t enjoy your job then find another career because the negative responses just by answering the phone is unnecessary."
