"I have yet to be serviced by these people. I always come at non peak hours for either nails or eyelashes. Every single time I have been turned away & asked to come back later. There was literally one person being worked on. Today, it is 2 pm on a Wednesday afternoon & the place was empty. I could hear them talking in the back. I even called out "hello" & no one came to help me. They just lost money on what is clearly a slow day."

"This place is the worst i have ever been to! Im new to the humble area and i was really in need of a pedicure so i went to try it out. When i asked the lady about some services she had an attitude. She then told me to pick a color, i had to make 3 different choices because they were out of the color i would want. She then sat me down and filled the tub with BOILING HOT water, it was so so uncomfortable. She the began to try and remove my ingrown. It was the worst pain I experienced i was literally on the verge of crying! I told her to stop and she still continued to keep going until i told her to stop again cuz it was hurting alot. I was legit bleeding! Then to top it off she get getting up and going to the back, she would stop and get on her phone. She just had an ugly attitude over all. Then when it comes time to pay they want to tell us last minute that its cash only. They are so unorganized"

"My first time going to this nail salon and it was a good experience. Tina was so patient and polite. She did a great job! Sandra did my sisters nails and she was awesome as well. Thank you."

"If I could give Zero stars I would I paid a total of 94$ for my nails and toes and I am beyond disappointed. I’m not sure why they have 4 stars the person who did my nails was hurting me and acted as if it was my fault and just shook her head and didn’t fully finish buffing the nail. I got my nails done less then 24hrs ago the side is cracked. You can see how bad it looks. Will not be going back and do not recommend. I live near the mall and see they have been getting less and less customers. The appearance is nice but the service doesn’t match. When I got my pedicure they didn’t ask what kind I wanted the did what they wanted I want after work and didn’t feel like going back and forth I was really tired but needed to get ready for a wedding. I regret it and will be trying to get my nails done again out of town. Please don’t waste you money or time."

"Ask for Linda! She was great and did a great job and I was more than satisfied. I have trouble finding salons with nail techs who didn’t pinch my skin, burn my cuticles, make them bleed or worse give me terrible nails. Luckly Linda was sweet and patient while doing my nails as well quick. 1000/10 recommend. My official nail tech Linda at highland spa, thank you so much !"
