"This is a great place to get the right tool and get the job done. Earlier in the year, I had a sewer drain plugged, and it cost me $400+ dollars to get a contractor to clear the drain, and it got plugged again. I rented the right tool from Cincy Tool Rental, and got the job done right for less than $40. That's a 90% savings right there."
"So many things wrong with this place . 1 everything is outdated and doesn’t make it through the job most of the time. The deposits are way too high, especially when theres a better tool ten minutes away with a third of the deposit. The owner is a child and screams at everyone else for business being down when all he does is robs the company and doesn’t put anything back into it. Does everything possible to save a dime, but doesn’t pass the savings on to the customer. (what kinda person steals from family ) don’t get me started about how many times I heard him talk bad about Mexican and black people. Do yourself a favor go to a different tool rental if your looking for the right tool to get the job done. This isn’t even the tip of the iceberg to what is wrong with this company just a warning for the customer. To the Ex wife call me as a character witness I know things"
"Called this morning 8/23/23 to rent a brush chipper. I've rented many tools from places like Art's. This place is a joke. Asked for a $600 Deposit which is ridiculous to begin with. A friend from out of state was picking up the tool for me. They then said it would be a $6000 to $9000 deposit. If you have someone's license and credit card info not sure why they would ask for that. Stay away from this place!!"
"Reserved a cotton machine 1.5 weeks in advance for our sons 5th birthday party. We came to pick it up on the reserved day and they didn’t have it there. They called other locations and the closest one they could find was a 30 minute drive. Then they said I’d have to buy supplies from else where because they didn’t have any out of all their locations. This is why we call to RESERVE the machine an supplies which they claimed they did. I’ll never rent from this company again. The prices are high and the service is very low quality. I’ll spend my money with other rental company’s that actually care for now on."
