"Whenever we ordered our food, the cooks took their sweet time and just talked and our food took forever to come out. Although the food was good it’s just that they shouldn’t be getting distracted ."

"I order a cake with vanilla and fruit on the inside, just to come find out they didn't put the fruit on the inside. And to claim it after the cake has been cut and passed out to the people. This was a rip off after I paid to have the fruit cut and put inside the cake, which their was none."

"I'm a regular customer I've been shopping at this location for ten years now. I normally do my entire grocery shopping once a month. I've even gotten to know a few cashier's tellers since. But yet, every now and then, like today I've made to feel like I'm going to steal from their store. The floor staff and management are very rude and are not customer friendly. There are two Hispanic store employees in particular one is a young woman with eye glasses and the other is this a tall heavy set young man with a mustache and goatee. The two spent the entire time I was in this grocery store following me and acting like they had to be in every isle I was in just gawking at me and giving me these ugly looks. When it was time for me to finally pay for my things they were a few steps away just looking my way as if I was going to not pay or run off or something. Those two should spend more time making sure their low in stock and empty shelves are fully stocked and filled. Plus their store could use a good cleaning, the staff is always leaving boxes on the floor in the way of one's shopping cart and milk shipping boxes stuffed in the bottom shelves on top of products. Then you have huge flies in the produce section along with random bruised produce on the floor being picked up by staff and then being placed back on the top of the rest and crickets in the bread isle. They need to focus more on their store cleanliness plus upkeep and spend less time harassing their customers and stop making the customer feel unwelcomed in their store."
