"I am Flight Attendant I stay at a hotel not far from the Blue Star Mart. I spend money here all the time getting food and gas. I came in today I get a water and chips I ask for 2 dollars in quarters she ask what I wanted quarters for, I said to do laundry and she says she cants give me quarters to do that. I ask why she give me quarters she said she just can’t give back quarters for that it’s against their policy. So I left my stuff on the counter and walked off."
"The lady failed to ask about my rewards and bypassed it and told me “I wish you would have told me that, I have to void the transaction and all that” and that’s just poor CUSTOMER SERVICE. I believe everyone should be asked if they have a REWARDS !! It’s the attitude that’s the problem, not the rewards."
"Rude girl at counter freaked out at me for not wearing a mask. CDC says it’s not necessary after being fully vaccinated and truly only N95 masks actually work. Hers looked like some black mask, not N95 and it was below her nose so also ironic. The other employee rolled his eyes and said come in. She continued to loudly talk trash about it. I even politely asked if their store required it but the guy said it was fine. If this was before vaccinations were a thing, I would totally be there with her however CDC has cleared fully vaccinated people so I really don’t get her deal."
