"Asked the cashier how long the pretzel bites had been sitting in the pan. If I am correct he said they change them out every 20 minutes. Bought a regular size cup of salted pretzel bites, Ate one … DRY and STALE!!! Ate another one…worse! Whole cup of pretzels going in the trash, what a waste of $6! So disappointing!"

"sent the S.O. in for pretzel and 2 cream cheese. i could not come in myself because there were no handicap parking anywhere close. they charged over $5 for a puny, hard, cold, skinny pretzel that was not the width of my finger, not bready at ALL, and then give h8m one cream cheese when he asked for 2. we had to go back. i could not even eat half the pretzel. rediculously disapointed. will NEVER EVER go there again. this was at 11:30am on a saturday. they were NOT busy at all. had i been able to go inside myself, i would have NEVER accepted that pretzel."
